When it comes to recruitment, we are proud to do things a bit differently.

In order to identify, attract and retain the highest calibre of Training Consultants for both HIT Training and Connect2Care, we have cultivated an exclusive, by invitation, members only Talent Club.

Through our Talent Club we help you turn your career aspirations into action. Our Talent Club is a community of best-in-class, industry leading talent.  All members are professionals in their own relevant sectors, passionate about and motivated by developing others, as well as eager to pursue a career in training and development.

As Training Consultant opportunities arise, these roles are exclusively populated from our Talent Club membership base.

The benefits of applying to become a member of our Talent Club:

No more weekends wasted filling out applications and sending CVs or hours spent chasing recruiters for feedback or updates on your applications.

Following your telephone screening interview, should you demonstrate all required experience, skills and values we are looking for, you will be formally invited to join the Talent Club. We will then take care of the rest.

Our Talent Club members are our Training Consultants of the future. The moment a role arises, we will get straight in touch and arrange for you to meet your prospective line manager face to face. If you’re happy, we’re happy and the job is yours!

We stay in contact with our Talent Club members regularly, not only to keep you up to date with our news and anticipated job openings but because we are genuinely interested in hearing about your career developments.

At our core is family.  As family we share in our success, look out for and support one another.  This includes supporting your CPD development in preparation for when you start your career with us, by enrolling on exclusive programmes.
