SUE CRAVEN

Sue Craven is the founder of Armstrong Craven, the global insight, talent mapping and pipelining specialist organisation which she sold to Work Group Plc in 2005. Sue continued in the role of Group Managing Director of Armstrong Craven between 2005-2009.

Sue is recognised internationally for her unrivalled depth of experience and expertise in creating bespoke talent solutions, particularly in relation to talent mapping and pipelining.

Sue joined the Parkhouse Bell Board as Chair in 2017 and provides leadership, insight and strategic challenge to the wider Board.

Kirsty was previously a key member of the original Armstrong Craven Board (1995-2008) and led the development and introduction of AC’s Direct Search and Direct Talent Acquisition proposition.

Kirsty has over 20 years’ experience in supporting organisations across a range of commercial sectors, developing and leading the delivery of bespoke research driven talent solutions that support world-wide talent insight and acquisition.

Kirsty specialises in supporting Chief Executives, Chief People Officers and internal talent teams, building partnerships that enable them to realise their talent strategies and achieve their strategic ambitions.

Matthew was previously CEO at Armstrong Craven and led the business through a period of continued innovation as a market leading talent research business across EMEA, Americas and APAC.

An experienced business leader, executive search and research professional, Matthew has a successful track record over 20 years of developing business growth strategies, talent research innovation and building out international markets.

With significant international experience gained across diverse sectors including technology, financial services, consumer, life-sciences, industrial, education and sport, Matthew is passionate about service delivery, quality and innovation and has hands on experience of business development and global client relationship management.
