Our client is the leading specialist international food packing business supplying major international retailers. They required a fully-bespoke headhunt, for a Group Head of People Services, but not full selection and interviewing services - this would be undertaken in-house by the Talent team.

OUR SOLUTION

  • A Direct Search service was delivered, incorporating a full research-driven, cross-sector headhunt across a large region of the UK to identify and attract high-calibre leadership HR expertise with an emphasis on remuneration and reward

  • Following the research process and subsequent telephone screening of candidates and assessment of their CVs, a longlist of recommended candidates was submitted to the client, who then undertook the formal selection process

  • Parkhouse Bell remained the central liaison point between candidates and client including negotiating the formal offer
