Parkhouse Bell’s leadership team is able to provide a unique perspective and insight into the sectors that we work across. Collectively the team holds over four decades of experience in the UK and International recruitment services sector; combining this knowledge with senior management experience in the Employment Services, Education and Healthcare sectors.

 


 

Matt Wells FIEP  Chief Executive Officer

Matt joined Parkhouse Bell in 2014, in the role of Managing Director UK & Europe before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer.  Matt is responsible for the strategic development and operational delivery of all Parkhouse Bell services, in addition to supporting international development.

Prior to joining Parkhouse Bell, Matt worked in a number of senior operational and business development roles in the UK and Australia’s Employment Services, Skills, Criminal Justice, Health and Education sectors, most recently as Business Development Director for MAXIMUS, a market leading globally based provider.

He is well-known and respected internationally as a sector expert, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Employability Professionals.

 


 

Helen McAnally Founder and Director of Executive Search and Senior Appointments 

Helen is responsible for the strategic direction and growth plans for the Parkhouse Bell group, as well as overseeing all recruitment at a senior level for employers, including Board appointments.

Prior to her recruitment career, Helen headed up the Business Education Departments of several private schools in Australia, having moved into these roles from a five year career in the public and private sectors.

In 2005 Helen completed an MBA to complement her Education based qualifications.

Helen is well connected across all our specialist sectors and has built up an extensive contact base in the UK, Australia and the Middle East.

 


 

Pip Radcliffe Director of Recruitment Division

Pip oversees the management and development of Parkhouse Bell’s dedicated team of recruitment consultants.

Pip started her career in 2001 and she began developing specialist experience in the Employment, Health and Education Sectors in 2010. She is now regarded as a sector expert.

Pip’s consultative approach means she excels at supporting businesses to develop through intelligent staffing solutions.

 


 

Sam Elson Recruitment Director – Australia

Sam oversees Parkhouse Bell’s Australian operations in her role as Head of Recruitment, based in our Brisbane office.

Prior to joining Parkhouse Bell in 2012, Sam qualified as a lawyer in the UK before developing first-hand experience of the Australian Employment Services industry. Sam is renowned for her in-depth understanding of Australian employment regulations, enabling her to provide both candidates and employers with a smooth, effective service.

Sam has built an extensive network of connections, and a database of highly qualified Australian and International professionals, at Senior and Executive Levels.

 


 

Xavier Crimmins Strategic Advisor

Xavier joined Parkhouse Bell in 2016, in the role of Strategic Advisor, and will support the senior management team with the development of the organisation’s strategic growth plans.

Xavier has over 20 years’ experience in the Community Services sector and is the former Group CEO of Campbell Page, where he was responsible for leading their impressive growth from a small rural provider to an international provider working in Australia and the UK.

Xavier is also a former Chair of the National Employment Services Association, and Director of Jobs Australia, respectively.
